RECYCLING:
As part of our parish effort in the CAFOD Live Simply Award Scheme, we have started a project to collect and forward items that are not currently accepted in the Leeds Council green bins. Many thanks to Amy Miller for organising this.
The bin is located by Presbytery garage in the church car park.
Here is what you can deposit:
PLASTIC BOTTLES & PLASTIC FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS (only until 12th May 2025)
CHEESE PACKAGING
MEDICATION BLISTER PACKS
Do:
Only return personal and household waste
Only return empty blister packs
Don’t:
Return blisters containing medication
Return medicine packaging including bottles and aerosols
Return cardboard packaging
